After coming off a Toyota warranty I explained that a 60K maintenance had been completed prior to my expiration. My last service report indicated that another 60K maintenance service was performed...did I waste my breath? Also, following a recent service, the defroster blew hot air and A/C didn't work. I do not like to return twice for a problem.

A monetary value was given as well as the level of importance of each issue so we could make an informed decision as to what to fix now and what coukd wait.. we also had the owner help us remove a bicycle rack that was rusted to the hitch on the back whichhe did as a favor.
