After coming off a Toyota warranty I explained that a 60K maintenance had been completed prior to my expiration. My last service report indicated that another 60K maintenance service was performed...did I waste my breath? Also, following a recent service, the defroster blew hot air and A/C didn't work. I do not like to return twice for a problem.
